2. Our Services

Kinetic Age provides at-home fitness, wellness, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation services guided by trained professionals. What you can book through Kine is:

• At-home physiotherapy visits, within our Bangalore service area
• At-home physical training visits, within our Bangalore service area

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Every booking is a single visit, booked and paid for through our authorized channels
• Each visit is paid for in full — either online when you book, or in cash to the professional at the visit — and there is no package or subscription commitment
• Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to revise the price of a visit at any time

4. Health Disclaimer

Our services are intended to support general fitness, mobility, and wellness. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new fitness or rehabilitation program. By participating, you acknowledge that Kinetic Age and its trainers, physiotherapists, or partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse outcomes arising directly or indirectly from your participation. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver safe and effective services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health, medical, and contact information
• Disclose any conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation
• Provide a safe and suitable environment for home-based sessions
• Treat our trainers, physiotherapists, and staff with respect

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and applications — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and program materials — is the property of Kinetic Age or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetic Age shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct that is harmful to our staff, other clients, or our business.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
